Tell us about yourself and your story, how did you ended up where you are?
My journey commences in the midst of the allure of the South of France, a backdrop that would later influence his worldview. Completing my bachelor’s degree in Business at the tender age of 21, I embarked on a two-year sojourn to the United States, absorbing the nuances of a different culture. Returning to Europe at 23, I applied my skills in financial hubs like Paris and London, eventually finding my calling at Barclays Private Bank in Geneva in 2010.
While scaling the professional ladder in Geneva, I discovered a profound passion for building relationships and networking. This fervor for connection led me to establish my inaugural business during my MBA at the esteemed Geneva Business School.
What’s your biggest success or achievement?
My journey, despite my success, was not without its share of personal trials. Confronting depression and overcoming a formidable battle with cancer forged in me a deep appreciation for the present moment and a commitment to gratitude. Humility emerged as a guiding principle, underscoring the significance of forging meaningful connections with others.
Achieving millionaire status at 32 marked a significant triumph for me. However, the journey did not culminate there. Wrestling with a sense of purposelessness, I dedicated three years to rediscovering meaning. Today, my aspirations have transcended the realm of financial pursuits, focusing instead on developing my genius zones—areas where I naturally excel, contributing positively to the world.
Describe any unique characteristics or attributes of yourself.
What sets me apart is not only my financial prowess but also my distinctive business model. Rooted in personal connections and opportunities, my approach avoids rigidity in favor of being an opportunity for others and creating value through meaningful relationships. Looking forward, I envision the next chapter of my life centered around family. Married with three children and soon to be four, my focus is on nurturing relationships and making positive contributions to the world through my inherent talents.

What is your routine? What you do in the morning and what are your core habits?
My daily routine is a symphony of work, sports, and networking. My motivation radiates from working within my genius zones—connecting people to bring value to their lives. If I could address my 10-year-old self, I would share the wisdom of enjoying the present and focusing on what is essential, transcending the mere pursuit of the important.
A devout Christian, I draw inspiration from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. My passion for football, both as a sport and a wellspring of business inspiration, is evident. Additionally, I actively engage with my community through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
What are key moments / turning point of your life?
Friendship, perseverance, and kindness serve as the guiding principles shaping my life. Key turning points include triumphing over personal battles with depression and cancer, along with the transformative decision to marry my eternal companion in 2013.
Recalling a delightful memory from my past, I narrate the amusing story of how my wife and I initially hid our ages when we first met. Among the happiest moments of my life are memorable milestones like buying a house in Geneva back in 2019 and the pure happiness of becoming parents.
What personality traits makes a good leader?
As a leader, I value humility, a clear vision, and a well-thought-out plan. My most formidable challenge—being terminated from jobs—became a crucible for resilience and the art of reinvention. Wealth is a goal but never the ultimate priority. It should serve as a means to a fulfilling and purposeful life, rather than dictating one’s existence.
Citing “The Little Prince,” “The Book of Mormon,” and the Bible as transformative reads, I have learned to perceive the world through spiritual eyes and embrace the simplicity and curiosity of a child.
What strategies do you use to stay ahead of the curve in your industry?
I stay ahead in my industry by maintaining an insatiable curiosity, openness, and proactive involvement. My proactive approach is evident in my frequent travel and attendance at events, where I actively seek out new opportunities and explore emerging trends.

I learned about seeing the world with spiritual eyes. Here is a quote from the little prince: “All grown-ups were once children… but only few of them remember it. Grown-ups love figures…” In the book of Mormon and in the Bible we also learn that we must be like little children: “Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven”.
