How did you get here?
I am a wife and a mother of three children, and I have been actively engaged in the Italian real estate consulting industry since 2004. My expertise lies in residential and industrial properties, where I have managed various real estate projects for clients and facilitated numerous deals between individuals and companies. In 2023, I made the decision to establish my own real estate consulting firm, specifically catering to Italian investors keen on venturing into the Albanian market. I act as a reliable guide for them, ensuring safe and responsible investments in a thriving and prospering market.
That honesty, seriousness, and reliability are what truly pay off in life. There are no better marketing strategies than being true to yourself in your uniqueness.
Don’t let criticism sway you; don’t be afraid of judgment. You are capable, and you can accomplish what you genuinely believe in. Embrace curiosity and explore. Don’t be influenced by criticism, don’t fear judgment. You are capable, and you can achieve what you truly believe in. Travel and be curious. These are the words I share with my children today, and I hope they hold onto them.
Numerous women, whether well-known or not, from various times inspire me. Those in politics or thriving entrepreneurs skillfully balance their roles as mothers while constantly evolving and envisioning their futures. They grasp the importance of maintaining their identity, recognizing that losing oneself in the journey could lead to regretful solitude when their children eventually move on. I frequently immerse myself in videos, films, or documentaries that highlight the diverse potential of women, free from biases and unburdened by fear.
My life changed significantly with the birth of my first child. From that point forward, I sensed the responsibility of being a role model for him, prompting me to embark on a journey of self-improvement to become the best version of myself.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your career? How did you overcome it and what did you learn from it?
The greatest challenge involved personal growth, venturing beyond my comfort zone, and, most importantly, altering my mental beliefs and routines. I acquired the ability to view things from diverse perspectives.
When outsourcing or hiring, what qualities do you prioritise in candidates?
I look for collaborators who are eager to grow and learn, people with ideas and curiosity. Their current proficiency in the job is not the primary concern; I prioritize those who align with my principles.
What strategies do you use to stay ahead of the curve in your industry?
I continuously pursue education and attend numerous courses. Engaging with colleagues and professionals, I gather ideas and suggestions from their experiences.
How do you foster innovation and creativity within your organization?
I carefully consider proposals from both internal and external collaborators, refining ideas based on what I believe can enhance our growth. I listen to proposals from all internal and external collaborators and rework ideas based on what I believe can improve and help us grow. My focus remains keen on maintaining high quality and fostering innovation.
How do you balance pursuing wealth and success with personal fulfillments and happiness?
“If I am happy, I am successful. If I am successful, I feel happy. It’s not easy to think in one direction; I try to find a proper balance in everything I do.
Can you name three books that changed your life, and what did you learn from them?
“The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” – I read it during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it brought my attention back to the most important things in life.
“Be Happy” – The story of an elderly lady who did everything from age 70 to age 80, disregarding criticism and people’s beliefs. It taught me to do what makes me feel good, always laugh, and infuse love into my actions.
“People Before Houses” – My upcoming book gives me the strength and freedom to convey how I intend to perform my work and how I would like others to do it, emphasizing ethics and respect for people.
